Water pipes maintenance

Dear Owners,

Our apartment is 11+ year old and needed regular maintenance for long term sustainability. There is lot of work happening already and some are planned. 

We have done Transformer maintenance. Earthing related work is still going on. 

We needed your help/inputs for the work we are talking up. Pl find attached details of water pipes maintenance. Pl response as soon as possible for early start of the work.

We would like to start this work from 2nd week of April, early if possible.

Dear Owners,

We were not able to start this work. The funds available are little less than what is required.

We have many apartments not paying maintenance on regular basis.  Also some additional costs (like Transformer maintenance, buying water tanker on regular basis etc..) are eating up the funds.

Until all the dues are collected, the work cannot be started.

Hi All,

In continuation of the below email thread, society could collect all the long term pending maintenance default amounts from respective owners.Hence as a society need to move forward with the water pipe maintenance work as mention before. 

Pl respond by confirmation email in terms of Yes or No by 07th July 2017 to start of the work, if there is no response within the stipulated time then will take that as a confirmation.

We would like to start this work from 2nd week of July, attached picture describe the details of various conditions owner or tenant should know once society moves ahead with the work 

(Correction in the letter - Additional Rs. 0-8k (maximum) to be borne by the owner/tenant in case this work opens up any internal pipe damage within the flat)
