Hi All,

In the annual electrical inspection conducted by BESCOM, suggested transformer service, which involves changing oil, painting, checking Earth pits, greasing etc.

Most of the works in the service are being carried out for the first time since installation. Estimated cost is around 30K. This might go up by another 30%.
Will be sharing the details of work once it is completed.

Servicing is planned today 3rd Feb during which power would be shut for 6-8 hrs.
Same has been notified to all the residents well in advance.

This mail is to inform all about this activity and the cost involved.

Hi All,
Transformer service has completed yesterday  and is now functional as earlier. Agency in charge of the service had faced some challenges from bescom in resuming the services. Due to this there was delay in resuming services.
Cost incurred is around 45k.

Steep rise in water expenses and some unexpected maintenance expenses had forced us to eat into the corpus fund. We would like to consolidate the fund collected and will be sending reminders to owners who have not paid yet.
We have also noticed that few of us have not paid 15k collected towards wall construction.
In this process we will be sending a mail to each of you, so please acknowledge the same.

Hi All,

In continuation to the above mail the cost incurred in transformer service has come to 50K.

In regard to increase in water expenses, it is decide to increase the maintenance cost per flat by INR 500/-
This would be effective from March'2017.
We are planning to bring in a better way to track water consumption by each of the flats soon.
Until then there would not be any changes to the maintenance.
