Where did you get that card? I didn't see anything like that. I can pause the subscription of my current SIM during the winter, and that reduces the yearly cost.

Well, that explains why I hadn't heard of it before 😛
My current SIM is $8/month for 2GB (which expires after 30 days), and it uses the Verizon/T-Mobile/AT&T networks, supposedly selecting the one with the best signal. It can also be "paused" for a month or more, which I do during the winter - no charges when paused. So far, 2GB has been plenty of data.
I'd switch to a Naviter SIM if the pricing was similar, and/or if it had some other useful features. One feature might be adding unused data to the next month instead expiring, but that's all I can think of right now.
And, since satellite images is my main interest for having a SIM card: It would really help my understanding of weather progression if a three image loop was displayed instead a single image. Skysight does that, using images that are 10 minutes apart. A static image that updates at random intervals (and doesn't even have a time stamp) is good, but a time lapse would be great!
