 On my SeeYou desk top (version 10.63) Topmeteo weather is not loaded. I get a message "error while loading" for all three days. I have a valid See You and Topmeteo subscribtion. Loading the Skysight weather works OK.
Anybody else have this problem or has a solution on this?

Hi Henk,

I recommend you try using the www.seeyou.cloud version.  It works great.  It's different, so it takes some time to get used to it, but now that I'm used to it, I really like it.  SkySight works great on it.  And it works in a web browser on any device.

Hi Paul, 

Thanks for your reply. I am familiar with the SeeYou cloud version but I still prefer the SeeYou desk top. Hope the problem with SeeYou desktop/Topmeteo can be solved.

I agree with you Henk, SeeYou on PC does things that the web version doesn’t. My Top Meteo is also not loading, I tried to report this under the Help tab but that is not working either. I will be emailing them.

This is the reply from Naviter which solved the problem:

 in order to solve the problem you need to delete the database by deleting this file:
c:\ProgramData\Naviter\SeeYou\wx.db

ProgramData is a hidden folder by default. You may have to make it visible by following these steps: https://goo.gl/ChNFDb

Once you delete the file you need to close and restart SeeYou.
