Strange Start behavior in Oudie N

I used a start cylinder for a Task.  I got a "Task Started" alert every time I exited the cylinder, as expected.  But I got the same alert every time I entered the cylinder.  That's gotta be a bug.

I wonder if it does the same thing in the case of crossing a start line in the wrong direction.
