We have received your order for the DHL pick-up. To ensure everything goes well, please follow these three steps:
1. Pack your device carefully.-Send only the unit. You do not need to send any other accessories
- Make sure that the unit is well packed so that it is not damaged during transport
- We recommend stuffing the box with tissue paper, bubble wrap, or at least standard paper (use whatever you have available).
2. Prepare your paperwork:- Please print out the attached file.
- Place it on top of the package (in a sleeve if you have one - if not, DHL will provide it for you)
3. To arrange collection, please get in touch with DHL locally. -Please prepare the DHL Waybill number with which you will schedule your pick-up.

temporary export - for repair. That way, you should have very few or no import fees to pay upon your device's return. For further inquiries about your export/import options, import duties, and other information, please contact your local customs office or DHL directly.
