Is the NMMC run, one and a half year old, new Grievance cell working. Please share your experiences.

Hi,
i tried creating my login id but it failed. The wab site was not able to get the data of Ward and Sector from the drop down menu and so was not able to creat the login id to register the grievance.
Kindly debug it ASAP .
