Date Time and Venue for the first meet of the Forum

Hi Friends,
As agreed by few of our member friends throgh telephonic and online, i
am sending across the meeting schedule. Here is the detail about the
date, time and venue for the proposed first meet of the Navi Mumbai
Concern Citizens Forum. I request all the friends to please come with
the list of specific problems (name of the street, near, sector, node)
and the alternative solution. Also with the idea on how we can make
the NMMC and other related Government offices to serve with public
interest.

Date : Sunday, 20th June, 2010
Time: 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Venue: 203, Vardhaman Market, Plot No. -75, opp. Andhara Bank, Sector
- 17, Vashi.

Self Introduction & Need to form the forum: 4:00 pm - 4:15 Pm
Presentation of Specific Problems with a copy(Hand written or Typed):
4:15-5:15pm
Solution and Alternative Ideas : 5:15 - 5:45pm
Conclusion : 5:45 - 6:00 pm
Tea : 6:00 pm
