US and Canada Tours 2025
One of Nava Tehila's greatest strengths has always been our deep connection with the Jewish community in the diaspora. Our new leadership is thrilled to announce a series of US and Canada Tours for 2025! We'll bring you our cherished Musical Kabbalat Shabbat experience plus exciting new offerings including:
This April, we're launching our first USA and Canada Tour featuring Rabba Nava, Dov Weider, Yaara Semina, and Yoni Batat, The Nava Tehila Jerusalem Band!
We will offer a Shabbaton in Adath Israel Toronto: Musical Kabbalat Shabbat on Friday, April 4, and Melave Malka Concert on Saturday, April 5. We are open for bookings on the East Coast before or after this date.
The Nava Tehila Jerusalem Band would love to hear from YOU! Whether you represent communities, intimate gatherings, schools, or other organizations – we still have dates available for April 2025 and are now in the early stages of planning our future trips. Contact us at NavaT...@gmail.com to discuss booking possibilities.
Special Note: Yoel Sykes, now based in Colorado, continues touring independently, offering Shabbatonim and concerts in the spirit of Nava Tehila. For a truly special event, Daphna Rosenberg will join Yoel for a Shabbaton May 2-4 at Temple Israel Minneapolis. To honor their legacy and distinguish between the two touring groups, Yoel and Daphna's performances will be called "Nava Tehila Founders Band."
We at Nava Tehila, Jerusalem want to express our heartfelt gratitude to Yoel and Daphna for their years of dedicated service. The dozens of beautiful Nava Tehila chants they wrote and the unique form and spirit of our community musical prayers co-created with Rabbi Ruth have become a precious legacy that continues to enrich us all. We're deeply thankful for their role in shaping Nava Tehila into the vibrant musical community it is today.
To book Yoel for the May tour or year-round or learn more about the upcoming Shabbaton with Daphna, please contact him directly via email.
We look forward to meeting you during our American Tours or welcoming you back home in our Jerusalem Community!
With love and excitement,
Rabba Nava, Meir Berman, and Rabbi Ruth
