An email notification is sent to the designated approvers (Global administrators and Power Platform administrators) about the pending data access request from Microsoft.
Global administrators or Power Platform administrators can create or update the lockbox policy in the Power Platform admin center. Enabling the tenant level policy will apply only to environments that are activated for Managed Environments. It may take up to 24 hours for all data sources and all environments to be implemented with Customer Lockbox.
I airbnb the apt next to mine. This is great because I usually get to welcome the guests and go over the house rules. However, if I'm out of town or they are going to check in late at night I direct them to an lockbox I have outside the building where I will leave two sets of keys
Last time I hosted I was out of town and my guests used the lockbox to get the keys. Now I am not able to get into the lockbox and I have guests coming! I messaged the guests and they said they didnt change it but if they did intentionally or not we can't get into the box. Each set of keys cost about $55 (fob for building access costs $50) and the lockbox was another $45.
I realize this is way old. But I bet it wasn't your guests. I Just bought one of these things and before I did I read reviews on amazon. If you read the 1-star reviews on any lockbox, cheap or expensive, people talk about getting locked out of their own box. It happens. They're not 100% reliable. Most likely your lockbox failed, not a guest changing codes.
