plz cud u update us on what is happening to our server? last i've heard from u is you are going to check with Rontel and up till then our server is still not working nor have i heard a reply from u.
If its still to do with Rontel or other stuff pls set us in the right direction of how to go about it eg who to approach or write a letter to.

I checked with RonTel on monday and they said that the CPE was working and
assured me it was online . It should help if you restart the server , just
login with the root account and restart the server it should pick up an IP
address , i will come to the school as soon as im free .

Good Morning Lavina ,
Login using putty into the server then change user to root by typing the command > su root > then enter password
Once you’ve changed to root then type reboot which will restart the server .
