Subject: RE: Nauru OLPC Committee

Dear All,

I might consider writing to Education to explain our interest in developing the community/primary healthcare potential of the OLPC in Nauru, and with their endorsement I can write to SPC and find out about their programmes.

Please any comment NOSC for Nauru.

Subject: Nauru OLPC Committee

Hi All,

We, the Community of Baitsi would like to get together with your NOSC as part of the project to seek any opportunity that we are also strongly would like to involve and promote this project.

Also we are keen to apply funds to get into this fabulous oppportunity that one laptop per households can economically support our children to share your OLPC, exchange information, to coordinate with Baitsi ICT/Education team led by executive members and to develop a project proposal so we may work in collaboration with your committee to see any gaps we may produce to work effectively in your aims or objectives to meet the mission we all hope to achieve.

One of Baitsi's mission of One Laptop per Child (OLPC) is to empower the children of Baitsi to learn by providing one connected laptop to every school-age child. In order to accomplish our goal, we need people who believe in what we’re doing and want to help make education for the community’s children a priority, not a privilege.

It’s not a laptop project. It’s an education project

I wonder what time and dates suits you so may my executive members related to this field of technology we would like to meet with appropriate members/committee, please.

Thank you
