Panama, exigimos un investigacion

aqui el mail, que mando hace una semana al gobierno de Panama / el
maritim. Porque ellos tienen que hacer una investigacion (estan
obligado), porque Assalama fue su bandera de Panama.

We want to denunciate an accident of a ferry under the flagg of
Panama, that had gone under in front of the coast of marokko. I'm a
cast-away and secretary of ANA (Association de Naufragos de Armas).
The ship was not in condition, the same the port was not in condition.
The tripulation was not trained. Everybody speaks about Engaño de
Asseguro/ fraud of assurance.
The name of the boat is Assalama, the ship owner is Armas Naviera from
Spain, the port is Tarfaya in South of Marokko, and the boat is under
the Flagg of Panama since 2005.
IMO-Nr 6712731, Call-Signe 3 ELM 8. The havarie was 30.4.2008 in
Tarfaya.
We habe been 113 Passengers and unknown Tripulation.
We want to know:
- if the case is allready reported to you. If yes,who has reported,
when has it been reported?
- who has made the certification (last known 2002 bureau veritas,
Paris)?
- Is there any investigation made allready?
We aks you to send us all informations available about the case, the
boat, the owner, the investigation. We need the more also the list of
the tripulation of the ferry for the tribunal.
We have made allready some researches. We want to be involved in the
investigations: we have a lot of informations and are 113 witnesses,
like for example that the liveboat did not work, etc.
I aks you to phone us to coordinate our efforts.
We speak spanish, german, french, english

Hola Peter, hola a todos,
Muchas gracias por poner en el forum estas ultimas informaciones.
Yo empezarè tambièn a meter lo que voy terminando en cuanto al dossier.
Esta semana contacto a los representantes de las islas y me pondrè de acuerdo con ellos en lo que concierne a los pasos a seguir a partir de ahora.
Por fin se va viendo la luz, me anima saber que por fin el trabajo de 3 meses de investigacion ha servido para algo.
Yo estoy a la espera de que alguien envie algo de informacion sobre el salvamento de los hombres...para terminar la narracion del accidente y poder enviarlo al consulado de Panamà, màs se tarda en enviar, màs tarde se recibe la respuesta de la investigacion...normalmente esta semana tendrè claro el numero de personas que denunciamos a Armas y se completarà el dossier para hacer copias y para que todo el mundo tenga un informe escrito de lo que paso ese dia.
Hay que dejar de ser la victima de Armas, por fin ya tenemos Armas para luchar contra ellos, ahora simplemente hay que hacerlo.
