Visualization tool for my individual and group data isn't working. Can someone help?

Hi All,

I'm working as a lead for a volunteer phenology group and I can't get our Group Visualization Tool to work.  I've entered 147 observations under my name, and as a group we have 494 total observations, however, when I check out the Group Data Dashboard, it shows we only have 93 observation records and it's missing two volunteers who are part of our group and have submitted data (including me).  I'm not sure if this is contributing to why the Group Visualization Tool isn't working.  Can someone please help me figure this out? 

I've attached screenshots of the issues I'm talking about for reference.

Hi Allison, 

We're having an issue with the Visualization Tool at the moment where it is not displaying 2022 data. We're working hard to fix the issue and hope to have that resolved soon. 

As for the Local Phenology Program Dashboard, it looks like only data from August and September are showing. Can you try downloading a data file from your Manage Users page (the one on your second slide) where it says Group Data under Downloads, and let me know how many rows are in teh data file? That will help me figure out what's going on.
