I just noticed that all my observations since like July have not been synched to the desktop version.  I have tried all things suggested in the forum questions, but am still gettitng the message "User data not up to data".  There are now hundreds of observations on my mobile that have not been synchronized. hLEP

Hi Susan - Thanks for getting in touch. Let's try this first:

1. In your app go to the "Review" screen and press the "Sync" button, and see if that updates anything. (Kinda guessing you've tried this already, but gotta be thorough).
2. Make sure you're in a place with a solid internet connection when you do this. Furthermore, if you're NOT connected to wifi, go to the 'Settings" screen and change the "Sync Over Wi-Fi Only" option from Yes to No. Then try Step 1 again.

If that still doesn't change anything, come back and let me know and I'll walk you through sending a debug report to the development team so we can take a closer look at what's going on.
