Can't delete species!

I'm new to Nature's Notebook and have gone through the first 2 learning modules. I'm working on entering species. One that I entered to the wrong site, I'm trying to delete. I followed the instructions on an earlier post on this forum - and - in the FAQ. When I get to the "reason for deletion" popup and check the reason, the screen freezes - it doesn't delete the plant, nor does it let me go back to NN; I have to start from scratch. My cookies (I'm using Chrome) are enabled; not sure what the problem is. See screen shot which shows where it freezes up. 

Also having problems entering new plants - I seem to go through about 5-6 attempts before I can get them entered, and, the "add an image" feature doesn't always show up as an option. Help????

Hi Diana, 
Thank you for letting us know about this issue. That is definitely unusual behavior for the website. I'll submit a bug report and we'll see if we can figure out what is going on. 

In the meantime, you could try logging out, clearing your cache, and then logging back in to see if that improves things.
