I looked in your Overview Guide and LPL guide, but it seemed like the directions were designed for having volunteers use paper data sheets and entering data on a computer using one login account, rather than having volunteers using the app, but I may have missed something.

I'm not the administrator at my site, but I'm hoping to have youth volunteers enter data on their own phones by choosing Partner Sites for our organization and our administrator accepting them. Is this possible? Again, I may have missed the explicit directions for this.
