Logging in to mobile app

I've downloaded the app (and actually deleted and downloaded again) and I'm unable to log in. When I say yes to "grant access" it tells me there's an error. If I deny access, I don't get the full mobile site.

I can't log in after a period when I could; change password procedures don't work.
