Our resident snowshoe hare, who we've named Baxter, has been hopping
around the house recently, and we've been enjoying seeing the
transition of his coat from summer to winter plumage. Here are 3
photos taken over the past month, the first one October 24, 2024,
second on November 15, 2024, and thirdly on November 21, 2024. Won't
be long until he's ready for snow camouflage.

Is this a peak year for a rabbit cycle?

Its been years (Or my memory thinks so) since we have had a rabbit running on the property,  Recently I have seen a couple and my alarms are getting triggered at night and voila, a rabbit shows up on the Cameras.  I did not think a rabbit was a night creature.

Senility has been a smooth transition for me.
