You can put "No Spray" signs up along your land if it's scheduled to be
sprayed.

Note that they've backed off from "Poison Parsnip" and are now going
after "noxious weeds," but the herbicides kill only Angiosperm herbs,
leading to what we call "The Triumph of the Bromes" (also invasive
aliens, along with most of the other roadside Grasses) by sparing the
Monocots -

Back when they were spraying roadsides generally in the 1980s, public
pressure made them stop...

With tongue very much in cheek, do you suppose I could report my own property for Buckthorn, and get the authorities to come and spray it dead? LOL. I've been trying to manually kill off the stuff for decades...
