Everyone,
Yesterday having been Thanksgiving, Friday the 18th will be the first
Mudpuppy Night of the season (20h00, at the dam in Oxford Mills, as usual).
There's not much chance we'll see Mudpuppies this early in the season -
the main activity will probably be upstream-striving Crayfish -
http://www.doingnaturalhistory.com/2017/10/crayfish-assault-on-dam-at-oxford-mills.html
- which we saw at a recent daytime visit, but haven't seen in recent
years, as well as the usual autumnal frogs, fish, algae, and Maple leaves.
