Hello..I am working on jurkat cell lines and i want to insert Ac4ManNaZ (azido group) to the cell membrane. Can anyone please provide protocol for the same.? Many Thanks...

Nilesh, I know that is isn't quite the same thing but there is a protocol in the Nature Protocols archive that might give you some help with this:
