Hi community,
I was thinking of using SPE cartidges to purify preparative quantities of fatty acids from plants and test some of their biological activities. However the procedure that I found uses 2% acetic acid in diethyl ether as an eluction solvent. I was wondering if it could be evaporated in order to limit its interference with the biological functions.
