Parallel DNA synthesis

We have developed a new Polymerase Chain reaction in which we first time have shown that synthesis of DNA can happen in parallel direction. First time we have shown that a different PCR product can be synthesized from the template used.  We can reverse the polarities of DNA. We want to open a new biology based on Parallel stranded DNA and wish to answer some question related to evolution of genomes. Anybody who can help us on their knowledge about Parallel DNA are welcome. Please see below link

Vikash,

This looks like an interesting approach. It might be good to upload a detailed Protocol for your technique to Protocol Exchange. It is free to upload and free to read and might make it easier for other researchers to give the approach a go and so give you feedback.
