I’m looking for a detailed protocol for crosslinking the antibody to the protein A/G agarose beads usingDSS. I would appreciate any feedback. Thanks!

In this protocol http://www.nature.com/protocolexchange/protocols/2183 there is a method for crosslinking to protein A sepharose beads. Would this work for protein A agarose beads?
