For the last three weeks Herbal Legacy Newsletter has been running
articles on the use of plantain for stings, bites, and poisonous
plants. Really insightful. Today the newsletter had a recipe for
making your own Plantain oil so you can keep it with you handy.
That information came in really handy recently. I went camping two
weeks ago with my family and my 6-year-old nephew got bit by some kind
of bug. (we never did find out what it was) His eyes swelled up and he
was really uncomfortable. Plantain did the trick. He was back
running around playing with cousins in just a couple of hours.
