Week of 2/24/2014 - We are currently seeking:

 

Human Resources Manager – This position is responsible for the development of all HR strategies and programs.  Candidates must possess a relevant degree and 5 to 7 years of HR leadership experience.  An advanced degree and PHR/SPHR certification is preferred.  Our client is located in Lenexa, Ks.

 

Human Resources Manager – Located in Olathe, the HR Manager will be responsible for keeping informed of departmental/division activities, transmitting information, developing, implementing and interpreting policies and procedures and monitoring day to day operations of the functional area to which assigned. The HR Manager will be the first point of contact for employee relations, benefits, and will assist with all compliance programs.  Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources.

Human Resources Manager - Our client is located in southern Johnson County and is seeking a Human Resources Manager for their manufacturing facility.  Previous experience handling employee relations issues, coaching managers, administering benefits, processing ADP payroll and recruiting in a multi-site manufacturing environment is required.  Travel will be necessary in this role.

Human Resources Director – Our client is located in rural, eastern Nebraska.  This entrepreneurial growth company is expanding and is seeking a candidate with a significant track record of driving change, building systems and processes that deliver results.  Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.

 

Manager, Oracle HRMS - The primary focus of this position is the support and maintenance of complex applications and processes within the Human Resource Technology portfolio. The Manager, Oracle HRMS serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned applications and functional areas, and leads subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. Candidate will function as a HRMS system administrator and maintain the core functionality of the Oracle R12 Payroll system.  Candidates must possess Bachelor’s degree in HR Information Technology, or other appropriate field or commensurate experience and have 5+ years HRMS experience with in-depth knowledge of Oracle applications and HR business processes (prefer Oracle R12 Payroll System), and 5+ years aggregate Human Resources experience.

 

Executive Coach – This is a 6-month, contract position coaching a mid-level manager for 2 hours every other week.  Prior executive/OD coaching experience is required.

 

Contract Recruiter – Our client in located in the Blue Springs area and is seeking a Recruiter with manufacturing experience; experience using Taleo is a plus.

 

Technical Recruiter – This client is seeking a recruiter with experience recruiting technical people such as .net developers, Sharepoint, QA, project managers, and business analysts.  Need to hit the ground running and have good network to tap into as well as knowledge of ATS. This is a contract position located in the corporate woods area.

 

Talent Acquisitions Representative/Recruiter – This position will focus on the identification, selection, hiring and on-boarding of employees.  A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2-5 years of recruiting experience are required.  This position may require up to 25% travel.  This position is located in Overland Park, Ks.

Human Resources Specialist - Seeking a Human Resources Specialist for our client in North Kansas City.  This is a newly created position with a growing company and a great opportunity for the right person to grow and develop their career!  This individual will handle all recruiting and on-boarding and carry a requisition load of approximately 20-30 open positions.  Prior experience recruiting candidates for a distribution environment is needed along with the ability to manage agencies.

Loan Operations Associate – This banking client is seeking an individual to put together loan documents, gather information necessary for loans, and process documentation of information.  Candidates must have several years of commercial loan experience, LaserPro experience is preferred.  This is at least a 3-4 month temporary position located in Overland Park.

Worker’s Compensation Claims Representative(s)Currently our client is seeking two candidates to manage case loads of approximately 80 lost time files.  The cases mainly involve Kansas and Missouri jurisdiction although there are a small number of claims involving states outside those jurisdictions.  The claims representative is responsible for initial investigation, direction of medical care, handling of subrogation matters, all negotiations and is the point person for communications between the member, claimant, medical staff and legal representatives.  Our client prefers that candidates have a minimum of 3 years of experience from a carrier side and have superior communication – will be working with diverse personalities and all levels of individuals (physician’s, brokers, construction workers).  These are permanent positions located in the Town Pavilion downtown (parking is paid).

Lease Administrative Accounting ClerkThis position will perform day-to-day tax setup for new lease crude wells, provide direct customer service,  maintain lease crude accounting system to ensure data is maintained in an effective, up-to-date, and accurate manner by identifying inactive leases, resolving tax ID discrepancies, maintaining the tax warrant database, updating injection points for each lease, and other duties. This is a temporary opportunity for a minimum of two months located in Kansas City, Ks.

Account Manager – This position is in the benefits industry.  Our client is seeking an individual to manage clients, create RFP, shop market for competitive rates, build presentations, assist in presenting to clients, process renewals, build PowerPoint presentations & Excel presentations, and assist clients with any questions relating to their benefits.  Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years of benefits experience, be willing to obtain their life & health license shortly after hire, and possess some commercial benefits experience.  This position is located in Overland Park, Ks.

 

Customer Service RepresentativeThe objective of this position is to coordinate all aspects of order fulfillment with distributor customers and to provide customer service to our accounts.  Responsibilities include placing orders for distribution and company accounts, communication of orders and items to insure that orders are accurately processed communicated and shipped in a timely fashion, handle inbound and outbound calls for account services, manage required tasks associated with accounts and process returns.  Qualified candidates must have efficiency with computer programs/Word Processing and 10-key and possess a HS diploma or GED, Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred.  Candidates should have at least one year of proven customer service experience within a corporate setting, the ability to work well independently and in a team environment and must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

 

Executive Assistant – The candidate will provide highly confidential administrative and project support for the Group Executive of a mid-sized institution near downtown Kansas City.  With limited supervision, the Executive Assistant regularly exercises independent judgment in carrying out complex administrative duties and executing special project assignments. In addition, the incumbent creates correspondence, maintains calendars, handles basic accounting and financial analysis, and schedules meetings for the executive.  Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in an administrative role supporting executives and executing special projects.  Requires at least 5 years of experience as an executive assistant and 3 years of administrative experience OR an Associate’s degree with at least 5 years of experience as an executive assistant and 5 years of administrative experience.  Experience supporting Legal professionals and executing budgets and financial documents highly desired. We are seeking candidates proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), typing at minimum of 65 wpm, and excellent writing and proofreading skills a must. 

 

Executive Administrative Assistant -   Our client is seeking a candidate with a professional and congenial manner in person, in telephone conversations, and in written correspondence and assist with general office administrative tasks as needed.  Our client is seeking candidates with at least 5 years of experience supporting at the executive level with proficient computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 2010 and a minimum typing speed of 50 wpm.  This is a temp-to-hire position located downtown (parking is paid).

 

Administrative Assistant – Located in Leawood, this client is seeking an individual to be responsible for performing a variety of administrative support tasks for a group of local and national managers. Candidate must be a high-level multi-tasker with excellent customer service skills and be detail-oriented.  Experience with MS Office 2013/Windows 8 is preferred.  This is an excellent opportunity for someone re-entering the workforce.

Receptionist/Administrative Assistant – This mid-town organization is seeking a candidate to serve as the organizations receptionist.  In addition, the candidate will update the website, manage social media posts and perform general office functions.  Previous experience with Word 2010 is preferred.

Accounts Payable Clerk – This 4 month temporary opportunity will to perform day to day processing of accounts payable transactions to ensure that company finances are maintained in an effective, up-to-date, and accurate manner.  Our client seeks candidates with a High School Diploma or equivalent and minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts payable processing required; 2 years preferred, knowledge of basic accounting principles, accounting tasks and reconciliation required, and strong MS Excel spreadsheet and Word skills required

Accounting Processor – This position is responsible for insurance accounting functions; these duties shall include Commissions, Accounts Payable, Claim Payment, Billing, and Cash Application. Candidates must have an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or related fields with an understanding of the crop insurance industry and possess a high level of computer literacy with spreadsheets, word processing and database software (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).  This is a temp-to-hire position.

 

Contract Administrative Opportunities: We are currently seeking candidates for multiple levels of administrative roles. If you have interest in working a flexible schedule and have strong skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint we would love to speak with you! Positions range from Data Entry to Reception, from Departmental Administrative Assistant to Executive Assistant.
