Week of 4/7/2014 - We are currently seeking:

 

Human Resources Manager – Our client is a family owned, non-union manufacturing company; they are seeking a candidate to manage all HR functions and supervise the HR Generalist.  Candidates must have demonstrated HR management experience in all areas of human resources.  Our client prefers bilingual candidates with manufacturing experience.

HR Coordinator – Reporting to the HR Director, the HR Coordinator will support all HR functions and provide administrative support.  Our client is seeking highly organized candidates with prior HR Coordinator/Assistant experience. 

Recruiting Coordinator - Candidates will be responsible for supporting a subset of recruiters for all aspects of recruiting including: scheduling interviews, making travel arrangements, producing offers and new hire paperwork.  Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 3 years of administrative experience in a Human Resources or Talent Acquisition department and a minimum of 1 year experience conducting interviews and handling recruiting process with 2 years exp working with large scale applicant tracking system (ATS).  Prior experience as an Executive Admin OR Recruiting Support and a Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline preferred.

Contract Recruiter – Our client is seeking an experienced Recruiter to work with the Recruiting Team to proactively build a pipeline of potential candidates to hire and assist in all aspects of candidate search and sourcing processes including: Internet searching, cold calling, networking, publication lists and databases, research, pre-screening, employee referrals, internal databases, building and maintaining candidate databases.  They are seeking candidates with 2-3 years of recruiting/sourcing/search firm experience, a Bachelor's degree and/or plus 5 years of experience.

Recruiter – We are seeking an experienced recruiter for this full cycle recruiting position; will hire for all entry level to executive level positions in the company.  The successful candidate will need to have creative sourcing techniques in indentifying candidates for a variety of positions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to interact with all levels of employees throughout the organization.  Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting for positions in multiple locations, and working with managers locally as well as offsite locations.  Must be a good relationship builder who can interact well with executive and managers in assessing and understanding their hiring goals and needs.  Good opportunity to be an important contributor to the success of the organization, and be responsible for the entire recruiting function.  This position is located in the Mission area.

Payroll Specialist – Candidate will be responsible for processing the centralized payroll department by performing payroll processing with minimal guidance. The primary job responsibility includes: preparing biweekly, monthly and incentive payrolls from appropriate sources, reviewing transactions for accuracy, batching transactions and overseeing time & attendance system to ensure proper payment of hours.  Our client is seeking candidates with a college degree in a related field, 5-7 years previous work experience in multi-state payroll processing and is proficient in all MS Office Applications, specifically in Word and Excel; experience with ADP payroll systems or other payroll experience is preferred.  This position is located in the Plaza area.

Recruiter – Our client is opening a new office in the crossroads district; they are seeking a recruiter to join their company to help them grow.  This is a newly created position and they are seeking an entrepreneurial candidate who can develop a recruiting plan/strategy.  They will be recruiting mainly for sales and IT positions. 

Loan Operations Associate – This banking client is seeking an individual to put together loan documents, gather information necessary for loans, and process documentation of information.  Candidates must have several years of commercial loan experience, LaserPro experience is preferred.  This position located in Overland Park.

Administration Specialist – This position is responsible for assisting with administrative duties.  Our client is seeking candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent oral and written skills, previous administrative experience, and a strong command of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.  This is a temp-to-hire position located in Overland Park.

 

Administrative Assistant – Our client is seeking a candidate who is very detailed oriented to support multiple Project Managers; they will perform administrative functions as well as assist with organizing statements for invoicing.  They are seeking candidates with a strong attention to detail and light accounting/AP/AR experience is preferred.  They are located downtown; parking is paid.  This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

 

Receptionist – Our client, located downtown, is seeking a candidate with a minimum of four years of reception experience.

 

Account Manager – This position is in the benefits industry.  Our client is seeking an individual to manage clients, create RFP, shop market for competitive rates, build presentations, assist in presenting to clients, process renewals, build PowerPoint presentations & Excel presentations, and assist clients with any questions relating to their benefits.  Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years of benefits experience, be willing to obtain their life & health license shortly after hire, and possess some commercial benefits experience.  This position is located in Overland Park, Ks.

 

Bi-lingual Customer Service RepresentativeThe objective of this position is to coordinate all aspects of order fulfillment with distributor customers and to provide customer service to our accounts.  Responsibilities include placing orders for distribution and company accounts, communication of orders and items to insure that orders are accurately processed communicated and shipped in a timely fashion, handle inbound and outbound calls for account services, manage required tasks associated with accounts and process returns.  Qualified candidates must have efficiency with computer programs/Word Processing and 10-key and possess a HS diploma or GED, Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred.  Candidates should have at least one year of proven customer service experience within a corporate setting, the ability to work well independently and in a team environment and must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

 

Executive Assistant – The candidate will provide highly confidential administrative and project support for the Group Executive of a mid-sized institution near downtown Kansas City.  With limited supervision, the Executive Assistant regularly exercises independent judgment in carrying out complex administrative duties and executing special project assignments. In addition, the incumbent creates correspondence, maintains calendars, handles basic accounting and financial analysis, and schedules meetings for the executive.  Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in an administrative role supporting executives and executing special projects.  Requires at least 5 years of experience as an executive assistant and 3 years of administrative experience OR an Associate’s degree with at least 5 years of experience as an executive assistant and 5 years of administrative experience.  Experience supporting Legal professionals and executing budgets and financial documents highly desired. We are seeking candidates proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), typing at minimum of 65 wpm, and excellent writing and proofreading skills a must. 

 

Executive Administrative Assistant -   Our client is seeking a candidate with a professional and congenial manner in person, in telephone conversations, and in written correspondence and assist with general office administrative tasks as needed.  Our client is seeking candidates with at least 5 years of experience supporting at the executive level with proficient computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 2010 and a minimum typing speed of 50 wpm.  This is a temp-to-hire position located downtown (parking is paid).

 

Administrative Assistant – Located in Leawood, this client is seeking an individual to be responsible for performing a variety of administrative support tasks for a group of local and national managers. Candidate must be a high-level multi-tasker with excellent customer service skills and be detail-oriented.  Experience with MS Office 2013/Windows 8 is preferred.  This is an excellent opportunity for someone re-entering the workforce.

Receptionist/Administrative Assistant – This mid-town organization is seeking a candidate to serve as the organizations receptionist.  In addition, the candidate will update the website, manage social media posts and perform general office functions.  Previous experience with Word 2010 is preferred.

Accounts Payable Clerk – This temporary opportunity will to perform day to day processing of accounts payable transactions to ensure that company finances are maintained in an effective, up-to-date, and accurate manner.  Our client seeks candidates with a High School Diploma or equivalent and minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts payable processing required; 2 years preferred, knowledge of basic accounting principles, accounting tasks and reconciliation required, and strong MS Excel spreadsheet and Word skills required

Contract Administrative Opportunities: We are currently seeking candidates for multiple levels of administrative roles.
