Case Management & Resident Services for those experiencing
homelessness
Residents in our homeless housing communities receive case management
services based on their needs and financial eligibility including:

Section 8 rental subsidies
Transportation vouchers
Meals
Employment counseling and referral
Assist with Benefits & permanent entitled income
Other support services
Residents build a sense of community and belonging by organizing sober
socials, recreational activities and other events. 12-step meetings,
cultural and traditional healing ceremonies, and other social services
are provided on-site or are available to our housing residents at our
other programs locations.

Native American Connections partners with the Area Agency on Aging at
our Stepping Stone location to provide a program for Native American
and refugee Seniors 5-days per week that offers wellness and cultural
activities and a nutritious lunch meal.
