Binary/jar distribution?

Is there anywhere I can download a distribution (jars, with all dependencies included, or Windows binary)?

I've tried to build it but as seems to be usual with Maven projects, half of the dependencies are not found. I really don't want to build it ... I just want to run JNAerator studio!

Oh... needless to say, I tried the JNLP launcher, it doesn't work ... self-signed applications no longer supported, haven't been for about 4 years. I think that to be taken seriously as an IDE, JNAerator Studio needs at the very least a working binary distribution, and ideally needs a proper installer, which really isn't hard to achieve.
