Nexe build from webport

I am trying to build single nexe file from ffmpeg webport (https://chromium.googlesource.com/webports) and it seems like mission impossible for me. 

I have completed build for all platforms and now I have structure:

usr 
---------bin
------------------ffmpeg
------------------ffmprobe
---------include
------------------...
---------lib
------------------...
---------share
------------------...
+COMPACT_MANIFEST
+MANIFEST

What do I need to do for single nexe?
