I have NaCl activated in Chrome but it doesn't seem to work for me.
When I try to launch the NaCl version, in the Developer Console it says "NativeClient: PnaclCoordinator: Compile process could not be created: [the .html file]".
On "gonativeclient" in the UI it says "Load failed." while on "trypepperjs" it says "Status: creating pnacl embed"(and stays in this state).

Here is the info from "chrome://nacl/":
Google Chrome 37.0.2062.3 (dev-m)
OS Windows 7 or Server 2008 R2 SP1 64 bit
NaCl plugin C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\37.0.2062.3\ppGoogleNaClPluginChrome.dll

Could you try taking "enable-nacl-debug" out of the flags? Unless you are trying to use the NaCl debugger, you shouldn't need to turn on additional flags like that.

I did observe the debug flag but I thought to myself that any flag should not make the core of the browser not to work so I left it in and didn't even test without it...
I disabled it now and all works good. Also, the Store examples were not working either...

They WERE working. Just not in a way you've probably expected them to work.

From about://flags/#enable-nacl-debug

Native Client GDB-based debugging:
Enable GDB debug stub. This will stop a Native Client application on startup to wait for nacl-gdb (from the NaCl SDK) to attach to it

AFAICS everything worked as advertised. You just never attached with "nacl-gdb (from the NaCl SDK)" thus examples had no chance to actually work, they just waited for the "run" command from nacl-gdb forever. After some time Chrome started complaining that startup process takes too long, obviously.

"This will stop a Native Client application on startup to wait for nacl-gdb" - this description is very clear on what will happen, lol :)
My mistake, didn't pay much attention to the description, the naming was clear on what it is for...
