Unable to use bind() or connect()

Hi,

I have an application in c, and whenever I'm trying to bind() or connect(), the thread gets blocked at that line. 

I am trying ton run the application with local server and opening chrome with --allow-nacl-socket-api=localhost

And I even tried to run it with Pepper API for tcp scoket. But I'm not getting how to use callbacks and messageloops. If anyone could give example for that in c would be very helpful.
