As far as I've noticed NaCl-related flags are no longer available under `chrome://flags` for official stable releases of Chrome Version 74.0.3729.169 on macOS and Windows.
Has anyone noticed anything from Google about the actual disabling of NaCl?
Any help appreciated.

The NACL has been Deprecated for all platforms other than ChromeOS. While the flags are not there, I still have been able to run and test my NACL project on OSx.
