I'm Sochivanny Hoy, Focal person for WC-ACWC and Mr Ly Samnang, representation for the Protection , Promotion and Fufill the Right for Women and Children for the ASEAN PEOPLE FORUM 6 in HANOI, would send the Statement, we stated in Hanoi anomg 8 countries Asean countries, and inluded also Singapour , Murma and Timor East, in the Open Recommendation at the end of three days of the plennary session APF6,
