The Open Institute and the Ministry of Women's Affairs have the honor to inform you all that, H.E.Dr. ING Kantha Phavi, The Minister of the Ministry of Women's Affairs will join a whole morning meeting with us by giving the audiences the Opening and, Closing Remark at the seminar on the result of the two consultation meetings on the implementation of the National Action Plan to Prevent VAW to be held on May 5. Hope you all will arrange your time for the seminar which will bring more value to the event. We will adjust the agenda and will announce at the seminar.

The Open Institute and the Ministry of Women Affairs would like to inform you that, in collaboration with other 10 organizations working on women and rights issues, we are going to organize a seminar which will be held on May 5, from 9:00am- 12 noon time at Phnom Penh hotel, to publicize the result of the two consultation meetings conducted in last February and March, discussed on the implementation of the National Action Plan to Prevent VAW, in which you also attended. The official invitation to the seminar is under process and hopefully will reach your office on next Monday is the lasted. We are very happy to have you booked on the date and time mentioned above for the seminar.
The seminar will be presided over by HE Dr. Ing Kuntha Phavy, the Minister of the Women's Affairs ( MoWA), and HEM. Sy Define, Secretary of State of the MoWA. Panelists also include Representative of donor agencies in Cambodia. The seminar will be attended by around a hundred people those are representative of NGOs, government institutions, Secretariat of Senate and the National Assembly, donor and the media agencies, etc. Hope you find this of your interest and will save some time for the seminar.
