下面是MC Q2(Sept-Nov) 的 key projects，我也给大家看一下。

需要大家一起努力的有：

1。 STEP(Short-Term Exchange Program)短期的项目

我们会revise pricing model，对不同人数和时间段的公司收费不同，鼓励公司take我们短期的TN，以及这样的短期对一些不信任我们的企业做一个trial。目前在testing阶段，大家先不急着sell，之后会逐渐和你们单独沟通。有问题也可以问哦。

尤其是这样的短期MT/TT很适合在summer做，不过我们今年下半年努力以这样一个短期的project做新的pricing model是否成功的尝试。

2。Sales Blitz 是新人招进来后national的campaign，到时候以team为单位，LC为总结单位，记录到CV这个过程，national营造sales氛围。

delivery很重要，但是没有好的sales头就开不好了。delivery问题解决的本质还是成熟的、符合我们产品的sales。

3。之后会重新launch两个page，一个是给企业的，一个是给国外EP和潜在EP的，我们都有design好，9月底-10月中浮出水面。

4。我们在探索新的CRM，但也有预算以及编码需要时间的代价，所以大家先用旧系统啦。
