Dear VPI&LCP们：

在这封邮件里，你可以看到ICX GIP的Key product之一的NEP的相关信息和资料，基本是目前所有sales的legacy和KM了。这里不禁想跟大家多啰嗦几句，作为新年的伊始，做下唐僧。=）

对大多数LC而言，可能NEP依然不是一个main performance来源，但是具备sell NEP的capacity，对任何LC都是应该有的目标。对于这些NST所属的LC而言，大家更要appreciate你们TL和VP的努力，做NST很辛苦，做sales的NST和NEP的NST更是辛苦中的辛苦。但是在这群孩子身上，你能看到这个组织未来sales star的样子，目前nationally太缺少这样的人才，而这样的人正是这个组织需要的人。未来随着AIESEC发展越来越成熟，我们的影响力越来越大，sales person能为LC做出的contribution一定是越来越大的。可大部分LC的sales elite流失都很严重，原因就是很难得到认可，而又太过辛苦和奔波。

所以墨迹了这么多过去一年都很想说的废话，只希望大家，不论经验如何，不论来自哪个function，请大家为这个组织培养和重视更多的sales人才。拜托P们，将这封包含十几个人几个月心血的newsletter，转给你LC最related的sales mbr和external function吧！VPI们，不仅要转给你的TL和mbr，自己也要好好的，认真的看哦，看看里面有多少内容和KM，是可以用来更新和采用的。让我们一起做踏实而拼命的VPI吧=）

-National Exchange Partner(NEP), One of AIESEC most important product in Corporate Market business development. As the most valuable exchange partners of AIESEC Mainland of China, we only select the companies with the ranking of top 5 or top 10 but with over 5 vacant need in the industry as NEP. Up to now, in ICX GIP function we have 20 NEP accounts nationally. -NEP Sales Team, A national sales team with regional or city sales managers led directly by MC ICX GIP Sales Director, focuses on selling NEP product and raising NEP accounts. Each year, there are only 2 NEP Sales Teams in Q2 and Q4. NEP Sales Team 2.0 Final Newsletter暨 2012 NEP Annual Report Traditional Sales Weapon Focused Sales Practice 673 (68%) 324 (32%) Company approach Cold Call Networking Online Marketing 1144 202 80 244 Company Visit Sales Leads Oral Raise Raise 45 12 33 58 · Industry and Market Awareness -IT big accounts：IT outsourcing和online gaming仍是重点的focus和主要的market IT outsourcing——外企居多，如甲骨文，惠普，思爱普，软通动力等，这四家企业都有approach过，后两家一家回复没需求。而甲骨文和惠普虽然都CV了，但没有实习生的budget，几乎不招实习生跨国IT大企除非中国分公司这边有很强的话事权和很大的自由性，否则的话，很难与其合作，一是他们要申budget的话要经过总部允许，流程麻烦，二是总部会有排遣，HR自己又会有自己的途径。三是他们更需要的，是英文说得好的海归，而不是纯外国人。因此，在IT大企方面，做国企或者民企更potential，像我们目前的海辉，之前的东软，中软，都是国内的企业，用友提出了需求，但由于实习生待遇太低因而没有合作，原因为其为卖方市场，本土中国实习生选择众多，与语言优势相比更加看重成本。大连市场这边，IT外包有需求的公司仍是以日企居多，但考虑目前JP EP supply的现状，仍考虑暂缓匹配。——Taddeo, Beijing; Michael, Dalian IT门户类综合网站——这个term我们分别碰了国内三大IT门户中的搜狐和网易，CV中HR给了很多这个行业的信息。这类企业，虽然业务链庞大，但主要用户在中国，短期内不会把重点放在国外市场，但如搜狐网游和网易游戏、网易旗下的有道词典都陆续打算开发如巴西、欧美等地的海外市场，目前他们感兴趣的合作集中于校园雇主品牌建设方面。——Taddeo, Beijing 移动互联网/Online Product——营利方式收费APP（国内移动互联网基本靠banner广告收入，国内市场的惯性消费思维方式会觉得APP就应该是免费的，收费的我不用；而海外市场市场潜力大，竞争小，Mindset好，移动互联网行业的盈利方式主要为APP收费），如我们碰过的3G门户和空中网。欢聚时代（YY）年底上市，对外也公布了海外市场开发战略，公司内部暂时还没有制定相应的招人计划。37wan是国内领先的online gaming企业，目前日韩、东南亚市场发展较为成熟，有相关的海外人才需求，待明年欧美市场态势明朗了，和AIESEC的合作空间会更大。——Matthew, Guangzhou 总的来说，与IT行业合作切入的点有，利用语言优势做产品测试、客服，利用文化背景优势做市场拓展。——Matthew, Guangzhou -电子商贸B2C Market: 近期非常有潜力的市场，需求很明显，接近刚性。JD多以BS(Buyer Service、Overseas Marketing和online sales & promotion为主) 外贸B2C，B2B平台是这次全team最大的achievement market，目前中国最大的四家外贸企业是DX，敦煌，大龙，兰亭集势，运营方式基本是靠SEO、SEM刷流量，当然也不乏DX这样另辟蹊径的企业（论坛营销），这些企业的业务基本上覆盖全球，不约而同地都瞄准了巴西南美洲这块待开发的大市场。其中兰亭集势、DX、敦煌均已经成为我们的NEP，而大龙这次Taddeo也有approach，CEO表示有需求，将我们已经介绍给HR level，由于年底公司较忙，明年会继续follow。建议national其他LC所在城市如果有较大或较集中市场的外贸B2C,B2B公司，可以进行同案例的复制，raise同行业的其他公司，如针对女性用品的草莓网。——Taddeo, Beijing; Matthew, Guangzhou -Umbrella Organization园区商会类组织：仍然是批量性需求与三方/B2B合作的主要来源 专门做博览会，展会服务的企业也是非常有potential的，集中在两类合作模式，一种是organization本身有海外人才的需求，从事会议支持、客户管理接待等工作内容，如励展博览、目前中国做展会的龙头，和大连最大的星海商务会展中心；另一种为商会类组织，商会本身涵盖百家至千家旗下的加盟公司或会员企业存在需求，可能涉及不同的地域与行业，近期国内的电商企业非常活跃，如此次中山网商会即成功合作，订立20人左右的需求。——Teddo,Beijing; Matthew, Guangzhou -Manufacture制造业：市场集中度较高，工业城市为重点市场 北京目前是政治中心，制造业相对其他内陆及沿海地区来说欠缺优势，主要集中在外资及国有大企。如重工机械方面的卡特彼勒，汽车制造方面的戴勒姆，北汽等，但这些企业生产中心都不在北京，销售客服中心会有北京办事处。所以合作的可能性还是有的。在大连这边制造业可行的行业，基本还是在造船业这块，但是由于接触企业数量不多，没有太多行业信息得出。——Teddo, Beijing; Michael, Dalian 制造贸易——家电行业市场潜力还是很大，如长虹、创维、康佳、格兰仕、洲明科技、艾比森光电、日立、格力等都有一定的potential，之前仍在follow的海信和海尔以及已经合作很多年的美的。但这类公司的特点是，很多大公司的海外国家化实施较早，在raise过程中建立信任和发掘潜在需求难度较大，未来跟进的策略建议转为通过recommendation和networking直接approach高层。——Matthew, Guangzhou LED照明行业——家具和LED灯饰照明类公司，主要集中在广州深圳一带。未来几年会有更大的发展，跟AIESEC合作要解决的瓶颈包括：一是怎样转变企业用人的传统观念；二是如何降低企业对外贸人才的expectation，这个和汽车行业是一样的，如果行业知识要求太高，经验要很丰富，会导致匹配难度变高，合作质量降低。   -About 苏州 Market：并没有想象中乐观，仍需一定时间进行市场培育 以通信设备、计算机及其他电子设备制造业为代表的高新技术制造业是苏州市产业发展的主导。传统工业通过加大研发投入、提升产品附加值也在积极的走向产业转型的路上。虽然纺织业已处于一个比较落后的产业，但是纺织业在苏州的GDP的比重仍然比较高。对于大型的外资企业和500强企业，大部分集团都在苏州设立分支，而这个分支又大部分以工厂或研发中心或办事处的形式在苏州存在，因而在苏州大部分IT和制造业大公司没有招聘外国人的权利和quota，有决策权的为该500强企业在中国的总部，例如上海，北京。大部分IT信息科技类的企业在苏州都是属于刚起步的阶段，华为今年12月也是刚刚入驻动漫产业园，对于国外人的尝试还在处于探索阶段。民企方面，钢铁企业以沙钢，永钢集团为代表的重工业企业，以华芳集团，波司登集团为代表的纺织类企业，以隆力奇为代表的生物技术企业。大部分的苏州民企，特别是大的集团都拥有自己专门的子公司，及负责海外贸易，已经实现了成型的贸易体系。——Kevin, Suzhou   · Efficient Approaching Channel Development 1. Weibo： 在NEP Sales Team 1.0的时候，我们就尝试了微博和LinkedIn等营销方式，当时初见效果。但这个term感谢Matthew,Taddeo的努力尝试，将微博营销做的更加成型，rely on Weibo我们就approach到了80+的大企业，而且raise的成功率和大企业的合作可能性都大大的提高了。 微博营销的注意事项：最好可以用LC的微博账号，加V可以增加公信力和信任感。如果LC账号不方便与external沟通，那么用自己的account也是可以的，但是要注意身份描述最好为“AIESEC青年人才项目合作”+你的position中文说明，而且一旦用了微博做营销，一定要注意你已经代表了entity和organization，一定注意言行和微博内容。 2. Key person searching： 通过LinkedIn和搜索引擎搜Key person也是非常好用的方法，具体操作方法见附件。（更详尽的用法大家参照NLDC MR training的PPT里面SNS那页附上的prezi的training）： 3.
