请有TT TN的LC都回复本邮件（特别是以上LC）。
不需要做非常炫的Video（当然越炫越好，不要太见不得人就好），最基本的就是涵盖以上的信息点。 我相信每个LC都不缺这种技术人材的。请LCP帮忙coordinate一下这件事，你们对LC的人力supposed是比VPICX更清楚。

Dear MCVP ICX/ER,
I hope everything is going well in your entity those days.
As you already know, the "Technical Management Project" is an initiative to help LCs & CYs to build on the TT pool, not only increasing the number of Technical Talent but increasing the numbers of partners and companies engaging around this pool.
To make this initiative successful, we need your help. Part of the initiative is to collect from your current National Exchange Partners - that are planning to have or already have Technical Internship (TN) - a video snippet to show to the network the different opportunities they can take and at the same time to provide to our partners a virtual platform to promote themselves and their opportunities. All those videos are going to be used the slogan "We are looking for Technical Talent" and will be shared with the Global Network.
The first step for this to happen is to share with us through a short video (as a Partner or as a Global Coordinator or as an Account Manager of National Partner) the following:
1. What is your name and company's name? What is the company about?
2. What kind of Technical Talent is the Company looking for? Why?
3. What type of activities AIESEC's technical talent can do in the company?
