Current download install

I am attempting to install the latest version of the National Health Care Surveys (NHCS) IG Release 1.2 Validator.  I pull the most recent version "nhcsValidation12-1.2-20191105.tar.gz" from the https://cda-validation.nist.gov/cda-validation/muNHCS12.html site.  When I deploy I am getting a banner that states, "National Health Care Surveys Release 1.2, DSTU Validation -- v1.0".  I am expecting the DSTU Validation to indicate v1.2.  Any advice/thoughts?  I currently have it running on two different machines and am getting the same results:

Machine 1:

Ubuntu 14.04

tomcat7

Java 1.8.0_101-b13

Machine 2:

Windows Server 2012 R2

tomcat7

Java 1.8.0_101

Hi,

Sorry it's a little confusing. That version number in that part of the
banner refers to the version of the TOOL, not of the specification. The
specification version is 1.2.

Thank you Andrew...  Wanted to provide the attached screen shots to better show what I am running into.  The image titled "1 NIST public version" depicts what we see when we connect to the public instance.  To install locally I pull down the nhcsValidation12-1.2-20191105.tar.gz file from that same site and install according to README instructions.  I am able to get the tool running locally but it is displaying a different header as depicted in the second image "2 installed version".  The version numbers appear to match but the text reads differently.  I also get different validate behavior when I run the same file through both instances.

Hi,

It looks like the HTML didn't get updated but that should not effect the
actual running of the validation. Could you post the differences?
Usually what happens is that the validation engine is unable to find the
voc.xml file which contains the vocabulary. If the differences in
validation are vocabulary related, that is almost certainly the issue.
You may need to change the location of the voc.xml file or alter the
path in the schematron files. If you need help with that, please post
the web application logs (off-list if you would prefer).
