F7 Validation tool - using DTSU 1.1

The F7 validation tool indicated by the proctor sheet, here: http://cda-validation.nist.gov/cda-validation/muNHCS.html, is setup for DTSU 1.0. Our system is configured to support DTSU 1.1. Is it allowable to use the 1.1 validator here: http://cda-validation.nist.gov/cda-validation/validation.html for our F7 testing instead?
