Interpretation code error : For Significantly high and Significant Low code value

Hi , 

Observation Interpretation code error in NHCS CCDA. 

For  Significantly low : XML = L&lt  or L< 
      Significantly high XML value - H&gt or H>         

I am not able to find valid value sets for Significantly low and Significantly high. Could you help on how to solve this error? PFA the XML

Hi,

I'm not a vocabulary expert, so I can only point you to the list that
the tool is using. NHCS v1.2 points to ValueSet Observation
Interpretation (HL7) urn:oid:2.16.840.1.113883.1.11.78 STATIC
2014-09-01. I can't find the "official" home of this valueset, but I
did find a mirror here:

This version of the ValueSet does not include "L<" or "H>".
