XML throwing errors for triage section

HI,

I am trying to validate an ambulatory xml in the validator and I have mentioned that the encompassing encounter is an ambulatory encounter but still it is throwing errors for triage section. I have attached the xml and the screenshot of the error. Could you please guide me what am I doing wrong.

Hi,

The NHCS CDA document is tagged as an Emergency Department Encounter:

<templateId root="2.16.840.1.113883.10.20.34.1.4" extension="2016-07-01" />

An Emergency Department Encounter requires that a Triage Section
(2.16.840.1.113883.10.20.34.2.10) exist. See Section 1.1.4,
specifically Table 24 which lists the contained sections of an Emergency
Department Encounter and Table 25 (page 75) which lists the SHALL
requirement for Triage Section.
