In (b)(9) sample test Data  the intervention Act refers to

Medications entries .

So my doubt is how to include reference to whole medication entries. Should we include multiple reference for each medication?

When you state “In (b)(9) sample test Data  the intervention Act refers to…” what sample test data are you referring to?   Sample test Data in DHCSTestData1_0and1_1.xlsx or ONCNationalHealthCareSurveysCertification2016_1.0vs1.1.pdf or HL7 CDA® R2 Implementation Guide:

National Health Care Surveys Release 1, DSTU Release 1.2 – US Realm, August 2016 or something else?  We don’t understand your question.
