Test data has the below:

F)Hospital Admission Encounter
•Date/Time Bed Requested for Hospital Admission Order or Transfer: 1/3/2015 11:00 a.m.
•Listed for Admission to Hospital: 1/3/2015 10:26 a.m.

Per the IG,

1.    SHALL contain exactly one [1..1] entryRelationship (CONF:1106-538) such that it

a.    SHALL contain exactly one [1..1] @typeCode="SAS" Starts after start (CodeSystem:

HL7ActRelationshipType urn:oid:2.16.840.1.113883.5.1002) (CONF:1106-

554).

b.    SHALL contain exactly one [1..1] Listed for Admission to Hospital Act (identifier: urn:oid:2.16.840.1.113883.10.20.34.3.15) (CONF:1106-555).

Note: Form Element: Date and time bed requested for hospital admission

Which template should be used for "Listed for Admission to Hospital: 1/3/2015 10:26 a.m." when the IG allows 1..1?

The “Listed for Admission to Hospital Act” template is to contain the date and time bed requested for hospital admission. You should use: 1/3/2015 11:00 a.m. Listed for Admission to Hospital: 1/3/2015 10:26 a.m. is confusing. We will delete it from the test data when we can. Sorry for the confusion this caused.

Regards,

Brian
