HealthCare Survey XML issues with Statuscode

Hi Team,

I am facing the attached issues with StatusCode  while generating the xml for “Transmission to public Health Agencies – Health Care Surveys”.


Is there any common solution for this?


Please see the attached screenshot for error which i am facing. also i have attached the .xml file to see if i am making any mistakes.

Hi,

The observations for the concern entries in the problem list section are
incomplete. <code> is a required element, but does not appear in the
observation and therefore breaks the schema.

For debugging XML schema issues, I recommend pulling the XML into a
schema-aware XML editor (XMLSpy, oXygen, etc) and validating it against
the CDA schema from HL7. Those editors will highlight exactly where in
the XML the error is.
