Test Case 5 test data mentions Histology Type SNOMED code : 82375006 

This code is not part of Histology SNOMED value set (2.16.840.1.114222.4.11.7256),

In our EHR system, we only pull SNOMED CT codes belonging to value set 2.16.840.1.114222.4.11.7256 and hence cannot stage the mentioned code.

Is it fine, if we add another Histology Type while staging data?

We don’t know what you are referring to. The National Health Care Surveys test data does not have numbered test cases. Might you be thinking of another implementation guide?
