1.2 validator error in medications section

Good morning, 

Using the tool at http://cda-validation.nist.gov/cda-validation/muNHCS12.html we are receiving a validator error in the medications section but from what we can tell our section conforms to the 1.2 spec on page 114 of the IG as outlined below.  Any assistance is greatly appreciated:

I notice that your Immunizations section which is supposed to conform to the Medications section does not have that code value (pay close attention to the index of the section the validator is complaining about)

This is confusing for me. We are generating a NAMCS survey and getting an error here as well. The specification shows we must include immunization section (V2) containing the loinc code 11369-6. But, the validator is expecting a the medications section code. Again, the spec is very clear this should be history of immunizations.

Verify that you have only the template IDs relevant to that section/entry included. Extra template IDs could be triggering conflicting conformance rules.

Sorry I was using the STU3 spec which does use the immunization coding.
