Hi,

Can we confirm if below NPI test data for Ambulatory Settting (OutPatient department) is valid?

It seems to be an Invalid NPI. Validated on online tools as well.

The NPI numbers in the test data are mock numbers. They do not represent a real NPI number. The check digit may or may not be correct. You may substitute a real or another test NPI number for your tests if you would like to.
