1.2 Test Data

The Discharge Disposition is a SHALL.  In the Inpatient Document portion of the test data, the code PHC 1397 is present as the answer but from my research it is not contained within the 2.16.840.1.113883.12.112 value set.  

Any guidance is much appreciated.

You are correct. The code for ‘Discharged to home or self care’ should be 01, not PHC 1397.  We will make that correction when we can. Thank you for letting us know.
